san diego and snow

Ryan's last race was in San Diego... one of my favorite stops on the series.. WHY you might be asking yourself.... well back in 2001 when Andrew did a trial run on PC he got to race 3 supercross's and San Diego was one of them. I was walking around with my mom and we ran into Ryan Morais who was walking around. My mom of course talked to him and at the end she says "Hannah, why don't you walk around with Ryan for a little while." I was so embarrassed. I couldn't say no but we all know i just wanted to hang out with my mom. So i was basically forced into hanging out with Ryan. UGH! =] So we walked around all day and became friends which later turned into a relationship and a marriage! CRAZY. So its been ten whole years since we hung out for the first time. ahh LOVE.

San Diego was a little rough for Ryan. It was raining off and on all day and the track was a little muddy. Ryan crashed on the third lap. But he came back through the pack and got 9th! he rode really well for the conditions. Its been a rough year for Ryan but hoping things will look up from here on out.

Monday after the race was presidents day! Not that it matters for either one of us. I was off work and Ryan didn't have to ride. So our friends billy and Amy asked us to drive up to the snow with them. Ryan and I were more than happy to go since neither of us have been to the "mountains" here before. We borrowed snow gear from billy and Amy. which was a little difficult for me and my growing belly! We drove up to Idylwild its about an hour away from our house. It was gorgeous. Its a little snow town and just so cute. Billy knew the hot spot to go. So we all sledded a few times. It actually is pretty rough on the body so i only did it twice! Don't want to hurt little baby mo. It was fun to do something we normally wouldn't and be in good company.

I am 11 weeks now. little baby is growing and the size of a small plum! my belly is growing too! it amazes me how big I'm already getting! Same symptoms as always.. Ive been vomiting one to two days a week these days. Its not too bad. I only vomit for about 4 hours in the morning and then I'm better! I truly get "morning sickness" I just feel fat like you cant really tell i have a belly so it just looks gross! I cant wait till i have a belly and people know I'm pregnant! So far everything is going good!! Cant wait to fnd out what we are having!! im dying!
