How far along? 10 weeks.

Baby's size and development ? According to my trusty what to expect when you expecting app.. Frosty now is about two inches long.. the size of a lime. baby has been pretty busy this week, growing hair follicles, fingernails, and ovaries (if she's a girl). She has distinct human characteristics by now, with hands and feet in front of her body, with ears nearly in their final shape, open nasal passages on the tip of her tiny nose, a tongue and palate in the mouth, and visible nipples. Those hands and feet have individual fingers and toes...

I constantly think of the movie Juno when she is walking into the abortion clinic and there is a protestor there and she yells.. your baby has fingernails! And Juno turns around.. fingernails, really?!

Changes in me? Well I officially have a "bump" or a pooch whatever you want to call it! I've had to say bye to my trusty size 24 jeans! So sad... i hope one day we will see each other again. I basically just feel very uncomfortable. Ive never been really skinny but I just feel BLAH! You cant tell im pregnant i just look fat and i feel that way too! Good thing its just a phase.

Maternity clothes? not yet... i did have to invest in some bigger forever 21 jeans. sad day.

Sleep? Ive been sleeping pretty good. A steady 8-10 hours. I find when i sleep better i feel better! I do have those days when I cant seem to get off the couch and sleep for hours on end! This normally happens after a day of work. I catch myself falling asleep around 930 on the couch every night! But im not looking forward to the sleepless uncomfortable nights ahead.

Best moment this past week? Spending time with ryan during the weekend! It was an "off weekend" so we had a great weekend together.. relaxed, hung out with friends and purchase our very first beach cruisers!

Movement? not yet...

Symptoms? Same things... nausea when i don't eat, tiredness (more like exhaustion), smelling meat makes me gag now! Lots of cravings! I got my buffalo wings this week! Ive craved chipolte, quiznoes, any candy,sushi, grilled artichoke from yard house and pepperchinis!

What I miss? I was actually craving a bloody mary this week.. not that i miss alcohol because i dont but i love a good bloody mary! Maybe ill go get a virgin!

What I'm looking forward to? Finding out what the baby is! I feel like i cant buy anything until I know what it is! boy or girl i dont care i just want to know! I am beyond anxious!

Emotions: I am excited and scared at the same time. We've been praying for a healthy baby and to help us be the best parents we can be.. but its scary. Am i going to be a good mom? Am i still too selfish? I like sleep too much, etc. I think i know deep down inside me that once i see my sweet angels face it will change in a second but I can help but say im scared.
