Hello.. i am going to try the blog thing one more time.. ha. I dont know how to change my background, up load a picture, etc. So if someone can help me i would appreciate it! I really do want to blog about our life.... the ups and downs we go through as a young married couple living in this crazy world. especially the "motorcycle" world that not many know about, where we go, whats happening, maybe a crazy day on the job, etc.. here we go... So one day I can look back at myself and just laugh. I put myself through all that stress over a pro circuit ride? Wow.. Hannah there really are more important things in life. Speaking of which I will allow myself to be reminded of later on.. here are a few pictures of ryan and I over the summer. Ryan broke his thumb (I know you are thinking its a thumb.. get over it!) however while it was the shortest surgery he has had since we have been together it really has been a nagging on. It continues to bother him.. So we as a young married couple have been able to enjoy our summer with friends. We went to the Del Mar Fair, camping, Colorado, etc.
I now will give examples of the roller coaster of motocross life that Ryan and I have experienced together. I really am ready to put 2010 in a box and move on. It has been a year of "ups" and "downs"
This is how are year started...
And then a mere week later... the scariest moment of my life. Period.
Thankfully God is great and Ryan is okay. Since this Ryan has been off the bike more than on. But he is perservering and we know that God has great plans and we are trusting in the lord.
The reason why i bring all of this to my own attention is because this is nothing... one night spent in the hospital and i thought that was a big deal. I am an RN, no i am human being with compassion, I should know better. There are people out there with cancer, children with cancer, people in the world going hungry, children without parents, etc. I am selfish enough to think that my world revolves around what ride my husband will get in the following year? WOW. i am a sad person. Which brings me to this... please check this out. I do not know this family. But please please please pray for this girl.
