College Roomies Wedding!

This past weekend was one of my APU college roommates wedding! I met Sheri at APU when i was randomly selected to room with her and her good friend Sarah. We were all nervous about getting roomed with crazy girls but it turned out to be a match made in Heaven. We all go along great! Sheri and Sarah graduated in 2007 and I had an extra year left so Sheri and I ended up getting an apartment in Azusa by our selves. Naturally we got a lot closer than we were at APU. Sheri was in my wedding and I was able to watch her and BJs relationship grow over the year that we lived together. I really liked BJ and knew he was the one for her since day one! I had to watch Sheri go through a break up before she met BJ. its great to see her SO happy and SO in love. BJ and Sheri are a great example of a strong christian relationship. She deserves every ounce of happiness! The weekend started on Thursday with the rehearsal dinner.. I was a little nervous because I didn't really know any one but it turned out to be good! Got to know the girls in the wedding and ate dinner at Sheri's parents house. Friday the night started at Sheri's parents house and we went and took some belly dancing classes and ate at Chick-fil-A, we went to a park, and then to Marie calendars. All while Sheri had to do ridiculous tasks! It was cute and Sheri had a good time! Saturday was the wedding... it was at 11 in the morning so all the girls got up at the crack of dawn to get ready for the pictures and the day! Sheri looked gorgeous and I was honored to be a part of her day! I did almost pass out during the ceremony but I made it! The reception was a short one but cute and fun! I am beyond excited for Sheri and BJ!
